The PhD in Biotechnology and Biosciences is focusing on the study of the function, organization and regulation of the genome of microbial organisms, animals and plants, to deepen their basic knowledge and for any applications in the field of biotechnology. The methodologies used are mainly those of microbiology, genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry and applied biology. The Course is promoted by a scientific community that is actively engaged in the following areas of research:
